Bus automatic switching device

ZQ4The series of automatic switching busbars are specially designed to provide uninterrupted air supply requirements.

The gas busbar gathers the gas from the main gas supply cylinder group and the spare gas cylinder group respectively for centralized gas supply, and supplies gas to the gas consumption point through the pipeline after decompression, pressure stabilization and gas supply. When the pressure of the main gas supply cylinder group of the busbar is exhausted, the gas supply can be automatically switched to the spare gas cylinder group, and at the same time, sound and light warning signals are issued to remind the user to replace the gas cylinder, can manually operate the reversing handle to switch to, cycle use, to achieve the purpose of uninterrupted gas supply.

Configuration Description

●The busbar is connected by high-strength brass pipe and deoxygenated copper pipe

● The busbar connecting hose adopts high strength stainless steel flexible hose or deoxidized copper pipe;

● Oxygen gas medium should be connected with copper hose, acetylene gas medium should be connected with stainless steel flexible hose

● Carbon dioxide gas busbar equipped with independent electric heater, the busbar can not use siphon cylinder

● Blind plug is used at the end of the confluence pipeline to meet the needs of expansion.

●The inlet of the system is equipped with a gas filter device, which can effectively filter pollutants in the gas, and the filter element is easy to replace.
